About me and my therapy practice
Specialist in supporting neurodivergent people (autistic, ADHD AuDHD) and people wanting to make life changes
Are you wondering about the possibility of ADHD or autism for you or a family member? I have expertise in working with clients diagnosed or undiagnosed. I can help you through the process of exploring the diagnosis pathway, support with everyday living and reframing the past through the lens of neurodiversity.
Are you struggling with autistic burnout, anxiety, low self worth, life transition issues? I am an experienced counsellor and have an indepth knowledge of addressing burnout, working through adjustments for the workplace and homelife, and ultimately work towards shaping a life that is more neurodivergent-friendly and authentic to your real self.
Through therapy, I can also aid you in addressing trauma symptoms, recognising unhelpful patterns and obstacles that get in the way of what you want for yourself and release them, if needed, and ultimately change your circumstances.
I will listen to your story with kindness and in total confidence. I understand it takes a leap of faith to get in touch - I want you to know that I can help you connect with the deepest parts of you that know the way forward.
I also specialise in focusing-oriented therapy, a style of counselling that really helps you tune into your inner self that knows the way forward. With this approach, I can support you in resolve stuck patterns of thinking, deal with critical voices and address difficulties from your past. This form of therapy can help client develop the skill of interoception - the ability to tune into bodily sensations.
I am trained in EMDR, Rewind therapy and other trauma-focused treatments used to process PTSD, trauma, birth trauma and phobias. Please get in touch to find out more.
Fees are £70 for individual sessions.
