My first session
I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation, allowing us to discuss your needs and explore how we can work together. During this session, you'll have a chance to share what brings you to therapy, ask any questions, and get a feel for my approach. It’s a space to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident moving forward, and to see how we can create a supportive partnership tailored to your unique journey.
