About me and my therapy practice
Hello I’m Corrina, I’m an Integrative Counsellor working with adults across the UK, online, and in-person in Central Manchester. My specialisms are anxiety, stress, self-esteem and relationships, in all their forms.
It may be that you find yourself people pleasing through fear of disagreement or rejection, or worrying that you aren’t a good enough partner, friend, etc. Perhaps you are stuck in behaviour patterns which lead to conflict with others, or that anxiety makes it difficult to enjoy social situations or progress at work. These are all natural things to struggle with and it can be difficult to know how you can feel, or do things, differently. Therapy can help.
Practice description
I help my clients to develop more fulfilling ways of relating to themselves and others, and to feel calmer, happier and more self-assured. I do this by listening and asking questions about how life has been for you, by helping you understand your feelings and behaviours, and by sharing my knowledge of emotional regulation, mindfulness and self-compassion.
I am professional, down-to-earth and I approach my work with warmth, honesty and the greatest of care. I offer a free 20-minute consultation, so you can decide if we are a good fit and ask any questions you may have. You can contact me by email, text message or phone call and I will get back to you within 48 hours.

About me and my therapy practice
I’m an Integrative Therapist working online, across the UK, and in-person in Central Manchester. My specialisms are anxiety, self-esteem, low mood & relationships, in all their forms.
Some of the issues I frequently support clients with include anxiety or other difficulties, within relationships with partners, friends, family members; people pleasing through fear of rejection or disagreement; work-related stress & anxiety; feelings of loneliness / isolation; feeling stuck; emotional regulation. These are all natural things to struggle with, but change is possible and therapy can help.
Practice description
I have a passion for helping people to find long-term ways of experiencing less stress, anxiety and sadness in life, and to develop better relationships with themselves and others. I do this by offering a non-judgemental space where you can talk and feel heard, and by asking questions about how life has been for you, to help you gain clarity on your difficulties & identify what you need to move forward.
My core training in Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy forms the foundation of my practice. Alongside this, I make extensive use of Polyvagal Theory in my work, which is a very useful theory - with lots of practical tools - for understanding how our body & brain work together to respond to both everyday stresses, and more significant / traumatic events. I also integrate attachment theory and 'parts work' into my practice.
