About me and my therapy practice
You might find yourself here because you are experiencing a crisis, are feeling isolated or misunderstood.
Perhaps you are interested in exploring patterns you’ve noticed frustrate your efforts.
Maybe you feel lost or that you are yet to discover who you are.
Allowing yourself the gift of space and time, to take a deeper look into aspects in-which you feel stuck or disempowered can bring about the real change you desire.
I offer a non-judgemental, confidential setting in which together we can give attention to the issues that are troubling you and think about what needs to be different.
My approach is to journey alongside you, making meaning out of your experiences and honouring the uniqueness which you bring.
I practice integrative transpersonal therapy; which means I use developmental, analytic and humanistic perspectives with a soulful approach, to understand what it happening for you in the here and now.
This might be;
Looking at your family history, childhood environment and the relationships which have informed your current experience.
Accessing the unconscious using images, metaphors, story, drawings and dreams.
Connecting to what is unspoken but held in the body, using movement and breath-work.
Practice description
I offer long-term and short-term, time-limited and open-ended therapy.
I am based in London, at present my practice is solely online.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and are £70.
My first session
Our first session will give us the opportunity to meet one another and see how it feels to sit and talk in person.
I will gather some back-ground information, to start to have a picture of what has brought you to therapy and what you imagine you would like to get-out of the process.
We can discuss any concerns you might have, previous experiences of therapy and what your expectations are.
By the end of our first meeting you will have an understanding of how we can work together and what that might look like.
If you feel you would like to work together, we can form an agreement to continue.
