I have over 30 years of experience,  have studied many forms of therapies, managed services, worked for drug & alcohol, GPs, Relationship services  & private practice et Al. Worked as an entrepreneur and raised my kids. I have a successful record facilitating changes. My therapeutic experience of 35 years plus includes working at NHS GP services, Relate couple work, drug & alcohol services, refugee & disability agencies & in private practice.

I have supervision experience with a variety of agencies. 

My style comes from studying many models which have influenced my work in an integrative way.  Recent influences have been in the field of neuroscience. Confidentiality and positive regard are paramount to the relationship I offer. 

I have worked with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), self-esteem, life transitions, codependency, sexuality, sexual issues, addiction, eating disorders, self harm, bereavement, trauma, separation, divorce, miscarriage, abortion, adoption and relationship issues.

I am also interested in therapeutic management styles & have coached companies both in the UK and California.

As life work balance is of key interest, my love of nature and the arts influences my therapy practice.  I have studied Vedic art, energy work, creative writing and am a keen music lover.  I practice practices mindfulness & meditation.

I practice privately in person in comfortable premises, also by zoom or telephone. sessions are for one hour. Flexible hours of working including weekends. 

I offer a free telephone initial consultation.  I work with a number of therapeutic models so as to be able to work in a way to suit you. A session is one hour in duration.
