About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome!
Based in North London, I run my private practice and work with organisations, both remotely and in person, making me accessible wherever my clients are located.
I offer a warm, informal and safe space to facilitate what each of my clients uniquely needs. When all the training is stripped back, I offer myself as a person who cares and believes in the positive growth of others, joining them on their journey, without judgement or conditions.
I work with adults, young people and the corporate sector. I have a diverse exposure to ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds and embrace differences in people.
Trained in Person Centred Therapy and further development in understanding CBT, NLP, Coaching, and Mental Wellbeing in Children and Young People, means that I offer an integrative approach to my practice.
Why Counselling?
Sometimes we just need someone to talk to, outside of our immediate circle, who will listen without judgement.
There are different reasons why each of us seek counselling and for each person these reasons may change over time. Whilst counselling for one person may be about releasing and being heard, for someone else it may be to work on the past or for another to work on current challenges or towards a future goal.
Driven by the nature of our work together, I employ creative and/or practical methods, depending on your preferences and what you feel you need from your sessions. As each client’s needs vary, so does the therapy that I provide.

BA Hons - Classical Civilization (King's College London)
MA - Cultural & Creative Industries (King's College London)
