About me and my therapy practice
Do you find it hard to say no to others, feel overwhelmed or struggle with self-doubt? Have you suffered loss of some kind or find it hard to adjust to change in your life?
Life can be challenging and therapy can be hugely supportive in exploring past hurts or repeated patterns of behaviour that may hold you back in engaging with life and relationships in a more fulfilling way.
I offer a warm, empathic, safe space for you to explore the thoughts and feelings that bring you to counselling at this time. As a humanistic psychotherapeutic counsellor, I believe we all have the capacity for growth and change given a supportive environment.
As a registered member of the BACP, you can feel safe in knowing that I offer a confidential and professional service. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from The Metanoia Institute where I'm also currently in my final year of completing a Masters in Humanistic Psychotherapy

When couples experience difficulties in their relationship, couples counselling can be supportive in understanding unhelpful patterns in behaviour, learning how to resolve conflict and improving communication with one another.
Issues may include affairs and betrayal, anger and arguments, differences in parenting styles, life changes, effects of past trauma, lack of intimacy or those wanting more from their relationship.
