About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes it can feel as if life throws us in at the deep end, leaving us feeling confused and lost. Talking about the loss of a loved one, a relationship breakdown, anxiety and depression, panic attacks or perhaps feeling stuck in your life can help to process these difficult experiences and feelings. I offer a confidential and non-judgmental space where we are able to think together, explore your needs and bring new life to your self-awareness.

We can work short or long term depending on where you feel you are now in life and what you need from counselling. We can explore your life experiences, early and present relationships which can help bring a greater understanding of what brought you to seek counselling now. I work with young adults and beyond exploring a range of emotions such as depression, anxiety, loss, sexuality, self-harm, anger, panic attacks, obsessive behaviour, bereavement, family issues, stress and work related stress.

What I can help with

Abuse, Addictions, Anger management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Child related issues, Cultural issues, Depression, Eating disorders, Health related issues, Identity issues, Infertility, Loss, Men's issues, Obsessions, OCD, Phobias, Post-traumatic stress, Pregnancy related issues, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues
