About me and my therapy practice

I didn’t come to therapy through textbooks—I came through the fire. My own experiences with depression, addiction, and searching for meaning deeply inform my work. Having personally experienced the transformative power of therapy, I feel inspired to offer the same compassionate and reflective space to others.

I believe the struggles that lead us to therapy are invitations into deeper self-understanding. Rather than simply fixing symptoms, our work involves exploring your unique life story and uncovering the wisdom hidden beneath your difficulties. My role is to support you in gently reconnecting with yourself—especially with parts you may have forgotten, rejected, or lost along the way.

Born in Spain and shaped by life between Spain, the US, and the UK, I bring a sensitivity to identity, belonging, and the complexity of life transitions. My approach honours the profound influence our past experiences, especially those from childhood, have on our present life. While we can’t erase old wounds, we can transform our relationship to them, fostering deeper compassion and integration.

I trained at Re-Vision in London, where I completed a Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling—a soulful, psychologically rigorous approach that honours both personal history and deeper archetypal patterns.

As your counsellor, I see our work as a journey of shared exploration. It is a privilege to witness each person’s unique story unfold, and I am committed to walking beside you with warmth, patience, and care.

Practice description

My therapeutic practice is rooted in the belief that our greatest challenges hold profound opportunities for growth and transformation. We’ll journey together into the roots of your experiences, exploring how your past—especially childhood wounds—influences your present, while listening deeply for what longs to emerge in your life now.

My way of working moves beyond symptom management; it’s about reconnecting you with yourself and discovering the deeper meanings hidden within your struggles. Rather than seeing symptoms as obstacles, we approach them as intelligent messengers guiding you toward greater self-awareness, authenticity, and wholeness.

Ultimately, my goal isn’t just symptom relief—it’s to support you in reclaiming your full humanity, embracing all of who you are, including the beautiful, messy, powerful truth of your story.

Depending on your unique needs, our sessions might include:

• Somatic therapy: Engaging your body’s wisdom to gently release and integrate traumatic experiences, supporting emotional regulation, healing, and inner resilience.

• Internal Family Systems (IFS): Working compassionately with your inner world, exploring the different parts of you—inner critics, protective aspects, wounded inner children—guiding them toward integration and harmony.

• Imagination, Dreams, and Myth: Tapping into the intuitive and symbolic language of your inner landscape through creativity, dreamwork, storytelling, and myth, allowing deeper insights to emerge beyond rational analysis.

And more important than any specific method or technique, I offer an attentive, compassionate presence, listening deeply not just to your words but also to the subtler language of what is felt but not yet expressed.

Note: If you’ve had meaningful experiences with plant medicines or psychedelics, I also provide grounded, supportive integration to help translate profound insights into lasting growth.
