About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP registered Psychotherapist with a postgraduate diploma in existential psychotherapy and counselling.
I offer a confidential, calm and non-judgemental space where you can share and explore your feelings and thoughts at your own pace.
I have over 8 years experience of working with clients both online and face-to-face. In recent years, I have worked for specialist charities offering counselling sessions to adults affected by anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, bereavement by suicide, complex bereavement, grief and loss.
In 2022 I attended a BICA (British Infertility Counselling Association) foundation course and have experience working with female clients with concerns around fertility and pregnancy.
I endeavour to help my clients to find meaning and purpose in their lives through a process of gentle exploration. I actively encourage my clients to use their capacity to make choices and to develop their lives, as a way of becoming more fulfilled and authentic in their everyday existence.
I recognise that the process of counselling may be unfamiliar to you, and I endeavour to create a therapeutic space where you feel both comfortable and relaxed.
