*Free initial brief telephone/ video conversation (15 minutes)*
I can offer you a safe, confidential space to explore the areas that you are having difficulties with in life. It takes courage to reach out and access therapy. Are you feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, empty, disconnected, or experiencing any other feelings that are preventing you from enjoying life? Reaching out for help is one of the bravest and kindest things we can do for ourselves.
I am a professional, empathic and friendly integrative Counsellor/ CBT practitioner, who is committed to helping my clients explore solutions to their problems, enabling them to move forward with their lives. I work with clients in a welcoming and supportive environment, integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches to maximise change.
Throughout the past 15 years I have counselled clients in a variety of settings, both within the private and public sector. I offer a safe, non judgmental and confidential space in which you can explore any issues you may feel you need help with, which may include depression, low self esteem, anxiety, panic attacks, isolation, psychological impacts of trauma, self harm, suicidal ideation and addictions.
I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor/ Integrative Therapist; utilising CBT to implement positive change.
