About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative counsellor, I offer a range of approaches that I can adapt to meet your unique needs. I work with people of all ages and stages in their lives. Whether you're engaging in therapy for the first time or returning to explore a new issue, I'm here to work with you and your agenda.
In our work together, we'll explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe, non-judgemental space. My role isn't to provide solutions but to help you expand your awareness, understand yourself better, and find the best path for your ongoing journey.
Whether you need short-term support or longer-term therapy, we'll find an approach that works for you.
Remember, counselling is about us working together at your pace. You're in control of your journey, and I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Practice description
You're unique, and your counselling should be too. That's where integrative counselling comes in. It's a bit like having a toolbox full of different approaches, allowing me to tailor our sessions to what works best for you. Some days, you might need a listening ear. Other times, you might benefit from more structured techniques such as CBT, Transactional Analysis, and Creative and solution-focused therapy. I aim to adapt to your needs, ensuring you get the most out of our time together.

Taking that first step towards counselling can feel like a big leap. That is why, if you are interested in working with me, I invite you to a free 30-minute telephone consultation.
This is an opportunity for you to discuss confidentially what brings you to counselling and ask any questions you might have. While gaining a feel for how we might work together, consider it a no-pressure conversation to help you decide if I'm the right counsellor for you.
