In my Braintree practice I currently have availability as follows:
Daytime (09:00 - 17:00): Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Evening (18:00 - 21:00): Tuesday and Wednesday
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative individual and couples therapist, using different counselling modalities to suit the needs of my clients and the changes they are seeking. I also offer career coaching and wellbeing training for professionals.
In my counselling practice I work with a broad range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, burn out, relationship issues, work-related stress and persistent fatigue. I have experience of supporting clients with addiction, sexual difficulty and living with abuse.
As a professional coach I have over 20 years’ experience in senior management, including career coaching, mentoring and management training.
Practice description
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to explore the difficulties which prevent my clients living the life they want.
The focus of each session is set by the client and can explore the past, present or the future. Discussion is informal and in a relaxed environment with minimal distractions.
Counselling appointments are either face-to-face or on-line (Teams / WhatsApp) and can be at a fixed or flexible time slot.
Sessions are weekly in most cases, and are a full 60 minutes.
Coaching sessions are also face to face or on-line, whilst wellbeing training is delivered in person to individuals or groups in man-management positions, as either monthly or one-off interventions.
Cancellation terms apply.
My first session
Our first session will include brief introductions, followed by an initial understanding of what has led to counselling.
Some background details are captured, giving context to the client's current life situation, relationships, present and past health issues and a sense of the changes they are hoping for.
