About me and my therapy practice
I am offering face to face, online and telephone therapy.
Therapy can provide a confidential space to explore life's problems, challenges and emotional difficulties. Whether you are looking to work through personal, relationship or work-related issues, psychotherapy can help you to live a more resourceful life, provide increased self-awareness, positive change and personal growth.
As an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor registered with the BACP, I will tailor therapy to align with your unique needs and goals. My therapeutic approach draws upon Humanistic, Psychodynamic and CBT modalities.
I have a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and a postgraduate diploma. I am also a qualified Well Being coach and can incorporate wellbeing coaching if required.
I am experienced in working with teenagers (14+), adolescents and adults on an open-ended basis or for a brief time period.

My first session
I offer an initial 15-minute, non-obligatory session for free on zoom. Sometimes, taking those first steps into therapy are daunting and a non-obligatory session can provide a taster to help you to decide how you would like to go forward. It provides an opportunity for you to talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you would like to gain and for you to understand more on how I work and if my approach is what you are looking for.
