About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in supporting women who struggle with anxiety, imposter syndrome, and low self-esteem, and have experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual abuse.
Therapy is a confidential space in which you can bring anything that is on your mind. I will follow your lead. Your experience might be that you are your own harshest critic, never feeling good enough and comparing yourself to others. Maybe you suffer from anxiety and depression. Perhaps you feel that your upbringing has told you to stop making a fuss, giving you the message that your voice and your opinion do not matter. My aim is to foster empowerment, to help you to identify your potential and options. I give you a place to tell your story and find your voice.
While my specialisation is counselling women, I warmly welcome individuals of all gender identities who feel I may be the right counsellor for them.
Let me support your process of self-discovery that fosters self-compassion, empowers you to make conscious choices and enact meaningful changes in your life. Email me at hannabohrisch@gmail.com if you have any questions or would like to schedule an initial conversation.
I work face to face in Victoria SW1W and in Ealing W5. In Ealing I also offer Walk and Talk therapy. You can also work with me online from anywhere in the UK and Europe.
Practice description
My job is to create a supportive environment in which you feel heard, understood, and valued for who you are. I believe that people inherently possess the capacity for self-awareness and positive growth. Therapy is a relationship and a collaborative process. We work together to explore your strengths, challenges and goals. I support you in finding your own solutions.
Whether you are navigating personal growth, coping with stress, experiencing anxiety or depression, facing micro-aggressions or bullying, I am here to accompany you on your journey.

About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I am Hanna. With warmth and empathy, I provide a safe environment for you to explore, heal and thrive. My therapeutic approach centres around the belief that individuals inherently possess the capacity for self-awareness and positive growth. I believe in a collaborative process, where we work together to explore your strengths, challenges and goals.
I see clients in person and online. In Ealing I offer Walk and Talk Therapy. Instead of sitting in a room, we will be walking alongside. You will determine the pace, decide if you would like to sit down for a while or engage with your surroundings. Walk and talk therapy combines therapy and exercise with the benefit of being in nature. The NHS recommends walking for your mental and physical health.
Practice description
Creating a judgement-free environment is essential to me, supporting you to express yourself openly and authentically.
I will be:
- supporting you to build self-esteem and self-compassion;
- helping you to recognise your strengths and potential;
- facilitating healing and empowerment working through past traumas;
- assisting you to navigate transitions such as menopause, aging, career shifts, while addressing the emotional challenges associated with these life changes.
Though my focus lies in counselling women, I welcome people with other gender identities who think I might be the right counsellor for them. Whether you are navigating personal growth, coping with stress, experiencing anxiety or depression, facing micro-aggressions or bullying, I am here to accompany you on your journey. My goal is to help you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, enhance trust in yourself, to support you in finding your options for change and foster a sense of empowerment.

We would also discuss the specifics of Walk and Talk Therapy. I will for example ask you if you are afraid of dogs.
After the first session we can decide if we are a good fit for each other. We will then have regular reviews of our work.
You can always move the session from outdoors to online/telephone, if you give me 24 hours notice.

About me and my therapy practice
Do you sometimes feel trapped, alone, even broken? I believe that each person possesses inherent worth and capacity for growth. In a world that often emphasises "fixing" oneself, I believe that you are not broken.
Despite the struggles and challenges you may face, you are a complete and valuable human being deserving of acceptance and respect. Your ability to thrive might be hindered by conditions and your life experiences, resulting for example in low self-esteem or anxiety.
My job is to create a supportive environment wherein you feel heard, understood, and valued for who you are. Therapy is a relationship. You are the expert on your life. I facilitate your exploration of emotions, behaviour, thoughts and life experiences. You will gain deeper insights into yourself, your relationships, and your circumstances.
Let me support your process of self-discovery that fosters self-compassion. Counselling empowers you to make conscious choices and enact meaningful changes in your life.
