About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes you just need to talk.
Sometimes you just need to be heard.
Sometimes you just need the opportunity to work things out safely in a calm, non-judgemental environment.
I specialise in relationships and the impact they have on your well being. I am a qualified relationship counsellor.
I work with individuals, couples and groups when help is needed to make sense of relationships and our own part in creating happy, defined relationships where we feel safe and cherished.
I can help you get clarity on how best to proceed in your current relationship or how to come to terms with previous relationship outcomes.
I can help you work out if separating kindly is the best option for all involved or if staying together and finding a way to overcome the issue is the way forward.
I can help you make sense of an affair or infidelity, support you in managing the aftermath and work with you on getting clear why the affair even happened.
I can help you redefine your relationships and negotiate new boundaries and compromises.
I can help you challenge any outdated inner narratives you may have about yourself and your relationships; helping you create a more helpful inner narrative that is based on the facts - not the fiction - of who you actually are.
Practice description
