About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited member of the BACP and I offer a kind, non-judgmental space to work on what is important to you or causing distress.
If you have been feeling sad, lost your motivation, or have been feeling anxious about the future. Recently had a big life event, loss, or relationship breakdown - please reach out for an initial and informal chat.
My goal and passion is to work with you to reach emotional freedom from unwanted or reoccurring emotional difficulties and to become the best version of you.
As a person-centred therapist, I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, where empathy and genuineness serve as the foundation for change. Additionally, I may incorporate elements of CBT to help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviours, giving you the tools to make positive changes in your life.
We can begin with whatever you feel is relevant or holding you back. You are the driving force in your life, and to be reading these words, you have taken the first step towards change.
Choosing the right therapist can be a difficult and personal decision, I will always encourage you to be open about our connection to ensure that I am the right fit for your therapy journey.
I have an Enhanced Clear DBS
