About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, qualified with an MSc, and accredited by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists with experience of NHS, charity and private settings. I work with a wide range of issues using a psychodynamic approach that involves exploring your present difficulties including past, often unconscious experience from childhood. I offer short and long-term psychotherapy following the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy’s ethical guidelines.
