About me and my therapy practice

Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes it’s hard to understand why we get stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or a sense of disconnection from yourself and others, therapy offers a safe and supportive space to begin untangling these difficulties.

I’m a qualified and BACP-registered integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, working with adults and young people both in-person and online. As an integrative relational therapist, I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from different therapeutic models to support your growth and self-awareness. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationships—whether with ourselves, others, or within the therapeutic space.

With warmth, compassion, and collaboration, I offer a non-judgemental and inclusive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we will identify patterns, uncover deeper insights, and work towards meaningful change, helping you move towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Practice description

Our sessions will be a space where you feel truly heard, seen, and understood. Together, we will:

- Work through the emotions that feel difficult to process.

- Explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped you.

- Make sense of patterns that might be holding you back.

This is a reflective process that we undertake together, guided by curiosity and care. It’s about developing greater self-awareness so that you can make more conscious choices that align with who you truly are.  My integrative approach and extensive experience allow for a tailored approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Clients often share that therapy has helped them gain new perspectives, relief from emotional overwhelm, anxiety and depression and a clearer sense of themselves and their relationships. You may find renewed ability to connect authentically with the world around you, fostering a deeper trust in your ability to face challenges and embrace the possibilities of a more fulfilling, meaningful life.

My first session

Your first therapy session is a welcoming space where we take the time to understand your unique experiences and concerns. Together, we will explore where you are currently in your journey, identifying the main challenges or symptoms you may be facing. We will also consider important aspects of your life, such as family relationships and any external factors that may be influencing your well-being.

This session is an opportunity for you to share your expectations for therapy and discuss what you hope to achieve. By the end of our conversation, we will begin shaping a path forward, establishing initial goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, ensuring that you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

Taking the first step can feel daunting, but it’s also the beginning of something transformative. I’m here to walk alongside you as we move toward greater clarity, growth, and fulfilment.
