My hours are 9 am to 8 pm on weekdays, with both flexible and regular session slots available.
While weekly sessions provide valuable consistency and regularity, I understand that a fixed weekly time isn’t always feasible. Once a therapeutic relationship is established, I can offer flexible scheduling options to support clients in accommodating their work schedules and the pace of their lives.
Alongside private counselling, I am registered with healthcare providers Aviva and WPA.
Please feel free to contact me through this page or via the link to my website to arrange a no-obligation, free 20 minute initial phone/ zoom call. I’m happy to answer any questions and help you decide if working together feels right. My email and phone line are dedicated for counselling, are confdential and all emails are encrypted on my end. If I am not available to answer my phone please leave your name and phone number and I aim get back to you within 2 working days.
About me and my therapy practice
A warm welcome.
Life can be tough. Whatever have brought you here, while it feels so hard now, I believe that counselling might also be one of the most positive steps you can take in moving forward. The first step is the scariest but you are already here!
I believe that the therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client is key to fostering a sense of safety (enough) to explore things at your own pace and in your own way. I strive to create this environment in my practice. Working with me is a collaborative process, with you—and your relationships—at the heart of it.
I have extensive experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, identities, and abilities, addressing a wide range of emotional difficulties and needs in both individuals and relationships/ couples.
My specialism lies in working with anxiety, trauma , identity and relationship issues - both with individuals and couples (any type of relationship/s) I am passionate about helping my clients and their own way of moving forward at a pace that suits them. I believe in inclusivity in my practice, being culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirmative.
You are unique, and with my integrative approach, I am committed to tailoring our work to meet your specific needs and support real change. This approach allows me to draw from a range of psychological therapies, combining the most effective elements to provide individualised support. Together, we can explore, process, and work through anything that may be holding you back, helping you find ways to manage challenges and support yourself in making positive shifts.
It might seem like taking a big step into unknown... but just come as you are. I'm here to meet you wherever you are in your life journey in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space to be real, approachable and to fit the work around you. I will be led by you, your choices and your needs.

My first session
The first session differs slightly from other sessions because we’ll discuss our working agreement/ contract and gather basic information to get us started. Although the duration of counselling is entirely up to you, having an agreement in place is paramount. It is a part of good ethical practice, provides essential details and helps to ensure we are on the same page.
I typically start with an initial assessment, where we look closely at what brought you to counselling now and the nature of your concerns, some background and what you would like to gain from working together. That said, I’m aware that it can feel overwhelming with “too much too soon” to share all that in the first session. Then trust your instincts and we can begin focusing on what prompted you here and present issues. Always remember, I’ll be led by you.
