About me and my therapy practice

My name is Sally and I am a Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Groupwork Practitioner with over eighteen years experience in providing therapy. My professional life has been a combination of working with clients one to one and in groups in a variety of therapeutic roles.

Whatever it is that you are seeking to resolve, adjusting your mind set to achieve new goals or even to gain a fresh perspective in life, I will support you in a safe and confidential space. I have a particular interest in working with issues centred around menopause.

Practice description

I offer face to face sessions in Drighlington, via Zoom and also do telephone counselling. There is ample free parking outside.

My first session

Before your initial session I will send you an assessment form to fill out. This will help you reflect on what you want from counselling and what you want from me. During the first session we will consider why you want counselling at this time and what you might want to gain from therapy. You will have the opportunity to tell me about yourself and I will ask you a number of questions to help me understand you and your situation better. This initial 50 minute session is £35.00

Providing you feel ready to continue, we will set an appointment for your next session and any future sessions will be £50.00

If I believe that another type of therapy or someone with different skills to mine would be better suited to you, I will inform you of this.
