About me and my therapy practice
As a registered therapist for both adults and children, I am dedicated to understanding you as a whole person. My professional experience includes a substantial number of client hours acquired through my private practice and contributions to the charitable sector. I have worked with esteemed organizations such as the Queen's Award-winning Solihull Bereavement Service and the community interest company Choices CIC, and I have provided impactful counselling to neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals in both primary and secondary schools.
I have gained proficiency in addressing a wide range of issues, including ADHD, bereavement, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidal ideations. If you have any questions about how I can assist you, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help.
I take into account your mental, physical, and emotional needs, along with your unique background and life experiences. My main aim is to cultivate a trusting and compassionate relationship where you feel safe to express yourself. Your choices will always be valued and respected, empowering you on your journey to well-being.
Expressing and processing challenges in a safe environment not only brings clarity and relief but also fosters the courage and curiosity necessary to discover new, healthier ways to overcome emotional and physical pain. This proactive approach already empowered many individuals to transform their struggles into growth opportunities.
