About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes day to day life can feel exhausting, overwhelming and with no end in sight. It might be filled with anxiety or low mood, relationship difficulties or low self-esteem. Counselling offers you a confidential space where you can feel supported, heard, safe, and free from judgement. We can explore any issues you may have, work through them together, look at new ways of being, and empower you to make positive change.

Practice description
I am a fully qualified therapist working mainly with Person-Centred Theory which focuses on how you think and feel in the here and now. You are the expert in your own life, you hold the answers and by working together, we can explore what those might be. I have experience working with but not limited to, depression, anxiety, addiction and bereavement.
My first session
I can offer an initial phone consultation which enables me to understand the issues you are facing, and I hope it will give you an idea of whether you feel I am the right counsellor for you too.
