Working as an integrative counsellor I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for you to improve your well-being.
I feel passionately about addressing the root causes of issues, as well as helping you develop the skills to change your life in the present and future. That’s why an integrative approach resonates with me; it allows us to address a variety of issues from many different perspectives.
I will always ensure that, regardless of the subject, we explore these issues with the empathy and patience you need.
If you’d like to be physically fitter, I can use my vast experience as a personal trainer to provide personalised and appropriate exercise suggestions for you.
From start to finish, I believe that we work together as a team to help you understand and change your life.
Practice description
I practice solely through online counselling. This is done in order to maximise comfort, convenience and accessibility regardless your location.
My first session
If you would like to book a session then please phone or message me. Our first session will be a free 15 minute consultation. During the consultation we will discuss your needs and wants from counselling, as well your pre-counselling questionnaires.
