Welcome to Copperbeech Counselling
I am a welcoming, experienced, flexible, empathetic & qualified counsellor /psychotherapist, with an Msc in Pluralistic Counselling. This means the therapy will be tailored to your needs.
I provide a confidential, safe professional space to work with & whatever you choose bring to counselling. The relationship with the client sits at the heart of my work.

I offer counselling on-line via TEAMS or ZOOM, telephone or face to face at Popp Ins Therapy Centre in Crieff, or from my rooms in Comrie, Perthshire.

Practice description
I have a wide range of experience, including work with CRUSE Bereavement, private practice, couple & marriage counselling & setting up and delivering a counselling service with in the NHS addressing pregnancy loss, pre & post abortion care & other pregnancy related issues.
I provide a safe professional space to work with whatever you choose bring to counselling. We start with where you are in your life and what you are looking for from counselling and we will work together.

bereavement, childhood trauma, relationships within families & couples & all related issues, infidelity, communication, low mood, addiction, sexual & reproductive health, menopause, pregnancy, miscarriage fertility, abortion, anxiety & panic attacks, mental health issues, suicidal thoughts & self harm, low self esteem, eating disorders, gender dysmorphia & identity, neurodiversity & ADD.

When you contact me I will send you some information about my practice & a short counselling agreement that asks for some basic information about yourself. This can be returned digitally or brought to your first session. The first session will be an exploration with you of what has brought you to counselling and what you might like to take away from being in therapy. We will always work together to meet your needs.

Specialist Service Birth Trauma & Pregnancy Loss, Termination
I offer a specialist service that can support past birth trauma, pregnancy loss, anxiety during pregnancy & pre & post termination of pregnancy support.
I am a experienced, flexible & qualified counsellor & psychotherapist, with an Msc in Pluralistic Counselling. This means the counselling will be tailored to your needs.

Who I work with
I work with individuals & couples affected by birth trauma, pregnancy loss, termination of pregnancy & other reproductive health issues.
Birth trauma & loss can also deeply affect the partners of women experiencing these issues and I will work with couples or individually around these issues. This includes termination of pregnancy
Practice description
I developed and delivered a specialist clinic for NHS Tayside over 2 years providing support for past birth trauma, pregnancy loss, anxiety during pregnancy & pre & post termination of pregnancy support & have wide experience of supporting women & their partners through these difficult times.

I offer counselling on-line via TEAMS, telephone or face to face at Popp Ins Therapy Centre in Crieff, or from my rooms in Comrie, Perthshire

I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) & I have insurance for personal liability and professional indemnity
