About me and my therapy practice
I work primarily in a Person-Centred way, but draw in and integrate many other styles and aspects of other therapeutic approaches depending on the client’s needs. I believe therapy is a client’s space to explore and seek meaning from their experience, and I utilise creative techniques, metaphor and humour in pursuit of this.
I have varied experience since qualifying in 2014, including complex trauma work in a substance misuse setting and offering counselling in U.K. prisons.

About me and my therapy practice
Although I have formally qualified as a supervisor in 2022 (COSCA cert), I have been supervising staff and volunteer counsellors for several years now, offering clinical support and a space to explore their own feelings and responses to their client work. I more recently have experience of supporting student counsellors whilst on placement.
I see supervision as a space to work with the ‘whole’ counsellor and person, where the context of their life and feelings are essential to understanding their work and for them to grow, to learn and to feel fully supported in supervision.
Please contact me for an informal free initial meeting to see if we could work together well.
Practice description
I am currently in a service management role with a charity and have a small private practice.
My personal mode of work is quite integrative, drawing in a person-centred way of being with my clients or supervisees, but utilising theory from a range of approaches to inform our work, and also exploring more creative methods.
My first session
In our first session we would explore what you are looking for from supervision, about you and your practice and if we would work well together.
