About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Beth, a qualified and BACP registered integrative counsellor working in Bristol. I can offer you a place to explore the challenges you are facing safely and in confidence. If we work together, I hope that I will help you to find new ways of being in the world that feel right for you. I am also able to sit alongside you when things are tough and listen without judgement.
Practice description
My integrative practice is informed by a range of theories which I draw on in response to your specific needs. I believe the relationship between client and therapist can be used to illuminate difficulties and support change. I bring warmth and openness to my work, as well as a commitment to inviting you to reflect on yourself and explore new possibilities.
I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from The Minster Centre, London.
