About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a UKCP trainee Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist.
I like to create a safe and supportive space where I work collaboratively with my clients at their pace. There’s no agenda or assumption on what you decide to talk about. You can choose to come on an open-ended basis, or maybe you'd like to discuss a specific issue and attend until you feel you have resolved it.
People start therapy for a variety of reasons; whatever your reason, therapy is a unique experience. It can offer you an environment where you begin to make sense of your experiences, both past and present, and discover how you feel about them.
The process in itself can bring relief, sometimes it can be challenging, but as we begin to make sense of things, we can explore ways that will help you to move forward in your life.
I offer weekly or twice-weekly sessions. You're welcome to get in touch if you have any questions.
