About me and my therapy practice
Life can be challenging and overwhelming at times. Perhaps you are struggling with anxiety, addiction, burnout, depression, or relationship difficulties?. It is extremely beneficial to have a space where you can express your innermost feelings without judgment. I can provide a safe, confidential setting, and support you in exploring your feelings, at a pace you feel comfortable with. We can explore how your formative years and attachment style, influence the way you perceive things now. This can give you more insight into your reactions and give you the power to change how you react and interpret things today.
I am a qualified Integrative Therapist registered with the British Association of Psychotherapy (BACP). I have been trained in Psychodynamic and Person-Centred Therapy. I also have a decade of experience working with addiction, codependancy and Mental Health Problems.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor. I use Psychodynamic and Person Centred approaches. The Psychodynamic approach involves looking how experience and attachments in your formative years affect your relationships and perception in the present day. This insight can empower you to make choices that are not unconsciously driven by negative past experiences. The Person Centred approach works from the premise that you need a safe non-judgmental environment, where you will thrive and uncover your innate ability to and be your own compass in life.

I will go through some of your formative history and what you are hoping to gain from therapy, to see if my approach will be a good fit.
