About me and my therapy practice
I am qualified to Masters Degree and a fully insured Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over 18yrs experience, and an EMDR Therapist.
I have a wealth of experience including working with trauma, suicide, anxiety, stress, depression and bullying and I have supported a wide range of clients from various backgrounds and through difficult experiences.
I offer a safe , confidential and flexible space to enable you to work through the concerns and issues that you bring and that are most important to you. I will offer different perspectives and ideas to enable you to move forward and aim to empower you to make the right decisions for you.
Practice description
I offer long term and short term therapy face to face, telephone and online, via Zoom with young people and adults. I am flexible with my working hours and currently offer Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday daytime and early evenings.
Saturdays I am available 10-2pm

About me and my therapy practice
As a BACP accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor with over 16yrs experience. I offer supervision whilst completing my Diploma in Supervision at CSTD London. I work as a Humanistic Integrative Therapist and Supervisor using PC, BSFT and Attachment Theories.
I supervise therapists, students, trainees and the caring professions and I work with a wide and diverse range of clients of various ages and backgrounds that present with various and complex issues offering short term and long term therapy. I have experience of working within schools, FE, HE, local charities for several years and EAP's for over 10yrs as an affiliate and employee. I am currently working solely in private practice which I began in 2005 offering online and telephone supervision.
Practice description
I offer supervision via telephone and online by instant message and Zoom or skype.
My working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9-7pm
