About me and my therapy practice
Is worry or anxiety about relationships, job, family, finances keeping you awake at night? Do you know you are 'just not feeling right'?
Listening is the highest form of hospitality. I can offer you the safe, non judgmental space to express and explore your thoughts and feelings. Not to change you, but where change can take place. Your voice is important and needs to be heard.
Practice description
I work as an integrative counsellor, meaning I use and combine elements from a wide range of counselling and therapy approaches.
I have had over 15 years experience working in primary and secondary education as well as Children Social Services. I have supported both parents and young people through many challenges and complex issues.
I also have experience working with survivors and perpetrators of domestic abuse.
I work within the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Ethical Framework for good practice. I maintain my professional competence through continuous personal development and work ethically within my practice.
I am able to offer short-term, time limited or open-ended therapy.
