About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP registered Integrative therapist based in East Hertfordshire. I offer a warm and non-judgmental space where we can explore together what is happening for you. I trained at the Minster Centre, one of Europe’s leading integrative counselling and psychotherapy training institutes. As an Integrative therapist I draw on different approaches to suit your needs.
As a relational practitioner the therapeutic relationship is key, I will offer a confidential and compassionate space for you to explore your issues and concerns.
I have extensive experience in working with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Domestic Abuse and Childhood Sexual Abuse.
Practice description
As an Integrative Therapist, I draw from a wide range of different therapeutic approaches to adapt to your unique needs as a client. I believe the therapeutic relationship can offer you the opportunity to explore your situation and consider changes. I work in an empathic manner and in accordance with the BACP ethical framework.
My practice is based in East Hertfordshire and I currently offer appointments in person or via Zoom or telephone sessions. Alongside my private practice I work within Education and have over 20 years of experience of working with children and adolescents.
As a registered member of the BACP I abide by the ethical framework, I am committed to fulfilling BACP requirements for continuing professional development and regularly undertake training and supervision.
