Practice description
Mental health is spoken about now more than ever, however for some it is still difficult to talk about feelings. Often people are worried about being seen as weak, or they are ashamed of the way that they feel. Feeling unable to talk or to share feelings and experiences can have a huge impact on our mental health. I created Time2Talk Therapy to support those who are struggling with their mental health and don't know where to turn, to let people know that they are not alone, that there is someone here to listen.
There are many different types of counselling. I am trained in humanistic and existential therapy. I believe that being your true self and living authentically can lead to a fulfilling and complete life. I work with each person as a unique individual and tailor sessions to suit your specific needs.
