  • Weekday Individual Counselling - £70.00 for 50 minutes
  • Weekday Couples Counselling - £150 for 90 minutes
  • Individual Counselling Trainees - £50.00 for 50 minutes


I also do offer a very limited number of weekend appointments


  • Weekend Individual counselling - £100.00 for 50mins
  • Weekend couples counselling - £180.00 for 90 mins


Payment Methods

Face to face appointments can be paid by by BACS, Cash or Debit Card after the session. 


Please note:   All online  or telephone counselling payment must be made via BACS at least one day in advance of the session.


Cancellation and non-attendance

Any cancellations made under 48hours or not attended will be charged at the full rate.

Individual Counselling

Are you feeling overwhelmed by emotions, re-living past traumas, have low self-esteem, or have relationship problems?

I aim to provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore and address these emotional, mental, and behavioural challenges. 

Together we will navigate issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns or personal growth goals and I offer tailored support and evidence-based interventions to assist you with this.

Through self-reflection and guidance, you will gain insights into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. You will develop effective coping strategies, build skills including resilience, self-awareness, and improved communication. Individual counselling enhances mental health, well-being, and personal growth.


Couples Counselling

Are you a couple struggling to communicate, feel heard, or reconnect as you once did? Whether you're facing challenges like infidelity, health issues, parenting stresses, cultural or religious differences, intimacy concerns, or other relationship difficulties, I provide a non-biased space to help improve communication and mutual understanding. 

Couples therapy offers a new perspective on your relationship and empowers both to make meaningful changes. 

I aim to help each of you feel valued, respected and supported both as individuals as well as a couple.

In some couple situations I will have individual sessions with each person, but with the explicit understanding that anything that is brought up within an individual's session can be brought into the couple sessions to assist the relationship.

About myself

I am a compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental male therapist dedicated to supporting you at your own pace. 

I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor that works in an integrative fashion and has extensive experience working across Kent and London and who works as a counsellor for a charity specialising in providing counselling for London and Kent victims of sexual violence, rape and sexual assault.

As an integrative counsellor I draw upon a range of psychological approaches, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Existential methods. I also gained a Post-Graduate Diploma from UCL in Hypnosis applied to Medicine, which I can integrate into therapy if appropriate.


My Background Experience

As I am also qualified and work as a state registered osteopath and have done so for some 40 years. I work in private practice as well as a senior clinical supervisor, lecturer and researcher at a number of osteopathic colleges and universities in the UK and abroad, I bring these decades of clinical experience, scientific knowledge and patient centeredness into my counselling practice. 

In a nutshell, being trained in all the above approaches that often have long technical names allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and together we can collaborate on an approach that brings the changes you want to achieve. Ultimately however, the real expert on you is you... my role is to be guided by you and to provide a different perspective or viewpoint on the challenges you face.

My first session

Prior to our first session I will send you an onboarding email that contains a therapeutic contract and medical history form for you to complete in advance of our first session.

I may also ask you to complete an online psychological questionnaire before our first session, which will allow me to understand what impact your problems are having on you. 

At the first session I will spend time for both of us to get to know one another and for you to explain what you would like to achieve. I recognise that the first session is potentially extremely anxiety provoking for most people and it is important that we can diffuse that for you.
