About me and my therapy practice
Is it time you invested in you? Without judgments or 'techniques', person-centred counselling is a journey we take together. Led by you and all about you. I believe clients know where the pain is and with empathy I seek to understand what it feels like to be in your shoes, helping you make sense of how your past can still impact on the here and now.
They say it's good to talk, and person-centred counselling is your chance to talk and express feelings in confidence about your troubles, your anxieties and fears as well as your hopes for the future. Person-centred counselling is a two way relationship. I believe given the right conditions of trust, compassion, understanding and time, positive personal change is possible.

Sessions are an hour in length and in most cases occur weekly.
Privacy is important during these times of remote counselling and I work from a location where I will not be interrupted and able to offer you privacy and confidentiality. Please consider your ability to access a private space if you are considering remote video or telephone counselling.
