About me and my therapy practice
Relationship & Couple therapy
I am an experienced therapist specialising in relationship difficulties, family conflicts, breakdowns, divorce, online dating challenges, and issues related to low self-esteem.
With a postgraduate degree in Family and Couple’s Therapy from Oxford University, I bring both academic excellence and practical experience to my practice.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping many clients navigate and overcome the anxiety and stress resulted from their relationship problems.
Practice description
As a relationship counsellor I can help you to lead healthy and meaningful relationships both with yourself and others, by changing the patterns of communication that lead to loneliness and arguments.
I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can gain insight, heal, and move forward with confidence. Whether you’re facing challenges in your relationship, dealing with the aftermath of a divorce, or struggling with self-esteem, I am here to help you on your journey toward emotional well-being and healthier connections.
My first session
Within the first session, we can discuss the reasons that brought you to therapy and how you are feeling in the here and now.
We will jointly establish a working agreement, setting out preferred methods of communication and your expectations of therapy.

If you are experiencing emotional pain, anxiety or going through a difficult period, finding a counsellor to talk to could be a turning point. I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever may be troubling you.
I am a caring, open minded, empathetic and honest person who has a passion for helping others in overcoming emotional difficulties. I hope to connect with my clients on a personal level. I don't hide behind a professional facade and I am not, in general, silent.
Practice description
My approach to therapy is humanistic, this means I work to build a therapeutic relationship with my clients, in which we can think together about their feelings and experiences and the relationships in their lives, both now and in the past.
My first session
I offer a free 15 min initial telephone consultation.
