I am a trauma-informed and IFS-trained practitioner passionate about using neuroscience to support healing in the aftermath of trauma. 

My therapeutic work is grounded in Contemporary Psychotherapy, an integrative solution-focused model that combines and utilises the main models of psychotherapy, from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to Humanistic and Existential theories and is outcome-oriented.

My training and approach are rooted in evidence-based practices, from neuroscience to somatic practices, and are culturally affirming. 

Through continued professional development courses, I have become accustomed to combining therapeutic methods, Body Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness to facilitate a reconnection with the body and self.

I work with you as a whole person, paying attention to both the physical and psychological processes and how they are connecting together.

I am committed to delivering such interventions in a compassionate, collaborative, and inclusive way.

The process of healing following a loss, or a significant life event requires patience and time. Each and every one of us will be affected in our own way. Talking: hearing oneself speak is a very important part of getting to know ourselves – deepening the primary relationships – the one with ourselves.

Being heard: being witnessed: is also a very important element in the healing process and that’s where I come in. Creating a safe, confidential space in which this process can be housed. Joining you on your journey.
