About me and my therapy practice
Life can be tough at times, and dealing with life’s changes and transitions can be hard. I aim to offer a safe, confidential and comfortable space where you can explore issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma or relationship problems in a non-judgmental environment where I hope you will feel heard and understood. I use an integrative approach based on the core conditions of respect, empathy and genuineness.
I offer individual and couples counselling, face to face, online and by telephone.
Practice description
I am qualified counsellor based in Banbury. I have flexible working hours including evenings. I work one to one with adults and young people. I also offer couples counselling. My aim is to offer you a safe and confidential place where you can feel safe to explore the areas of your life or your relationships that may be troubling or causing you concern.
I offer telephone counselling and online counselling via zoom. This may not be your first choice and may be you would usually prefer face to face sessions, but it may be worth giving it a try! I can support you through the process of setting up zoom if that would be helpful.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer individual clinical supervision to qualified counsellors and trainees.
I believe that at the heart of good supervision is the relationship between the supervisor and the supervisee. To engage in effective supervision there needs to be trust, respect, genuineness and warmth in that relationship, where the supervisee feels valued and able to explore the movement of the client work in a non-judgmental and affirming environment.
Practice description
I use the the Shohet and Hawkins process model of supervision.
I offer a 30 min initial session for you to discuss your needs as a counsellor and for us to see if we are the right fit for each other.
