About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychotherapist specialising in performing arts, working with two of the top Ballet Schools in the country, along with a private practice.
The main areas I cover include anxiety, low mood, bereavement, parenting issues, family/relationship issues, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, pressures of being in the public eye and sexuality.
With a specialism in Performing Arts, I bring extensive experience and insight from my own professional background as a ballet and contemporary dancer. I danced professionally for 15 years after graduating from English National Ballet School, London. I have worked with students from English National Ballet School, and Elmhurst Ballet School, Birmingham.
I have also worked in boarding schools, and the private sector. I work with adults and young people (from the age of 12).

My aim is to create a space for you to explore anything which you may feel troubled by, and to support you and work with you through our sessions together.
