I'm here to offer a warm, confidential space where you can talk freely without judgment.

Therapy is offered via the secure video platform 'Zoom,' allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort of your home and fit them into your busy schedule.
Therapeutic Approach
As a qualified psychotherapist, I prioritise building a relationship based on trust to ensure a deep connection and understanding of your experiences.
I bring together different therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your individual needs.
I also love working creatively, which can help express things that can be difficult to talk about. For instance, we may use drawing, imagery, dreamwork, or simply just talk.
We will agree together how we work and in a way that feels comfortable to you.

Free Introductory Call:
I offer a free 20-minute introductory call to discuss what you're looking for and how we might work together.
First Session:
If we decide to move forward, the first 50-minute session will include gathering brief information about your history and background. It will also help me understand what you're currently experiencing and how it affects your life and relationships. You'll also receive my Welcome Pack, which includes my Therapy Agreement and Privacy Notice.
