I am here to support you if you need to untangle the 'wires' of your mind, understand a certain situation, want to make a change, find your way, or just want to grow and heal.
I can’t promise it will be easy, I cannot give you a time frame, I don’t have a special recipe but I will provide a space where you can feel welcomed, heard, understood, and safe. We are all unique, we can perceive and react to things in many different ways. It takes patience and willingness to work through.

I am currently offering face-to-face therapy sessions in Hackney, East London, and online therapy sessions nationwide.
I am a qualified family psychotherapist with over 11 years of experience, offering psychotherapy for adults aged 18 and over, couples, and families.
I have a broad range of experience working with various issues such as anxiety, sadness, loss, depression, health-related problems, low self-confidence, stress, grief, communication problems, difficulties related to ageing, other life cycle changes (leaving home, having a committed relationship, marriage, welcoming a baby, teenage years, moving, mid-life, end of the life cycle, bereavement, unplanned life transitions, family of choice), trauma, relationship or family issues, low self-esteem, day-to-day life struggles, personal growth, and more.
Additionally, I provide premarital counselling to couples.
Therapy sessions can be either short or long-term, and in our first session, I will explain in detail how we will work together.
My goal is to create a warm and safe space where everyone feels welcome and supported without fear of being judged.
