About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified Psychologist, Counsellor, and Integrative Psychotherapist, helping my clients to overcome feeling anxious, sad, or depressed. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your feelings and process difficult events in your life. I also offer a place to grieve. I will try to help you identify the patterns that you might have developed over time as a way to protect yourself, in order to make real changes and find harmony between what you think, feel and do.Practice description
I use different therapeutic approaches such as Psychodynamic, Gestalt, CBT, Mindfulness, Movement, and Embodiment techniques to help my clients to feel empowered as they begin to heal and grow.
During my sessions I aim to create a warm, professional space that exists just for you, where we will discuss and reflect on your perceptions, emotions, feelings and behaviours. A place with no judgements or preconceptions, enabling you to express and explore what you really feel and think, which can be liberating.
A contained and safe space, which aims to facilitate change, the change that you want in your life. My priority is to create a therapeutic relationship, where clients feel that they are emotionally held and looked after, reminding them of feelings of emotional and physical safety, which is a key to change and healing, as our brains and bodies need to feel safe to look into our wounds and start a healing process.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore difficult and even traumatic events in your life. A place to process sudden changes in your life or a place to grieve. A place to discover the patterns that you might have developed over time as a way to try to protect yourself, and a place that facilitates change to get you closer to your true self, where you will be able to find harmony between what you think, feel and do. A place to explore your feelings and find a way of being that works for you, which might help to relieve symptoms of depression, anxiety, and feelings of anger and fear.
Practice description
I am a Psychologist and Integrative Psychotherapist. My approach is to work collaboratively with you. I believe that you have the answers and I will support you in finding them, finding a method that resonates with you.
Even if the base of my work is Person Centred, I also use different therapeutic approaches such as Psychodynamic, Gestalt, CBT, Mindfulness, Movement, and Embodiment techniques.

Having the courage to examine our life sets us free and begins us on a path of growth and reconciliation with ourselves. I have felt honoured to see how clients start feeling their feelings and owning their ideas. If you feel that you wish to start exploring your life in a safe, professional but warm and compassionate place, feel free to reach out.
