Fees:

Individual: £90 to £150

Couple: £120 to £170

The fee depends on the location.

A standard session is 50-minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged. 

Therapy takes place weekly unless otherwise agreed.

About me and my therapy practice

Life can be challenging at times. Whatever your difficulties or concerns, talking to a trained psychotherapist will provide much relief and support. I provide adult, couple, and family therapy in London and online. I combine extensive knowledge of psychology and therapeutic skills in my work with you. I provide a tailored approach to help clients improve their understanding of their difficulties and to develop more helpful ways of dealing with them. I will offer support and encouragement to help you make meaningful changes. People find it easy to relate to me and describe me as warm and easy to talk to.

My Scope Of Practice:

• Adults

• Adolescents / Teenagers (16+)

• Elders (65+)

• Body Positivity (People with larger bodies)

Available Therapies:

CBT, REBT, Existential Therapy, Positive Psychology.

Availability:

Monday to Friday.  Weekend availability. 

Daytime and evening.

Duration:

Each session is 50 minutes long and usually takes place weekly.

I am a BACP registered Psychotherapist. I have studied therapy and psychology up to the postgraduate level. I am currently completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology & Psychotherapy.

I have worked with people who have suffered a broad range of life and mental health difficulties, in the NHS and other therapy services. I have previously had a corporate career and understand the challenges and stress that come from it.

I know that meeting someone for the first time and talking about yourself may be uncomfortable for you. I will do my best to put you at ease and make you comfortable. We will talk about what has brought you to therapy, about your life to date, and what your expectations are.
