About me and my therapy practice
Hello & Welcome!
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with a postgraduate diploma in Counselling from the Psychosynthesis Trust in London, accredited by the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
Why are you here and what are you looking for?
Have you been thinking to try counselling but postponing making that call? Are you going through a challenging time in your relationships or feeling anxious, under the weather, worried for the future? Maybe you are under a lot of stress at work or in your personal life and feel exhausted all the time, or you might be experiencing the pain of loss and bereavement.
If any of this resonates and you would like to talk but finding it difficult to take that first step while wondering how therapy could help you, if at all, know that you don't have to do it all on your own.
I offer individual and couple counselling sessions on a long or short-term basis where you will feel valued, respected, listened to. Together we will look at the issue you bring, at your pace, in a safe, confidential and no-judgmental space.
Issues I can help with:
Relationships problems, Family issues, Career Transition, Work related challenges, Redundancy, Stress, Anxiety & Panic Attacks, Overwhelm, Depression, Low Self-esteem, Dissatisfaction & Loss of Meaning in life, Bereavement, Cultural issues, Health related issues, Identity issues, OCD, Personal development, Sex-related issues, Trauma, Women's issues.
The best way to contact me is by email and we can arrange an initial session when we'll discuss what you want to look at in therapy and how we might work together towards the changes you wish to witness in your life.

Practice description
I have an integrative approach to counselling, this means that I combine more than one modality to suit the needs of my clients.
Whether I work with individuals or with couples, my goal is to understand the challenges that you experience, to help you observe the issue from different perspectives with curiosity rather than concern, to support and encourage you in this journey.
I am qualified in Psychosynthesis which focuses on the whole person: mind, body, and feelings. Psychosynthesis also explores people's strengths and potential alongside the challenges and problems we want to address.
I work on a weekly basis, with adults, and I can offer short term therapy of 8-12 sessions, and long-term therapy. I am available for online sessions, via zoom and my sessions in person are held in North London, Winchmore Hill, N21.
My first session
On our first session we will meet to explore in more details what brings you to therapy. You’ll be able to tell me more about yourself, your family history, your current situation and your expectations from therapy. This is also a time you might want to ask any questions to help you to decide if you would like to commit to this new journey.
The first session is an opportunity for you to decide if you are comfortable with me and for me to have a sense if I am the appropriate therapist for you.
