About me and my therapy practice
COUNSELLING FOR YOUNG ADULTS
I am a warm and understanding therapist. My clients come to me for all sorts of reasons. For example
- Because they are finding everyday life difficult
- Because they are struggling to cope with big life events such as divorce, bereavement or retirement
- Because they are living with long term depression or severe anxiety and need to feel better
- Because they want to make changes in their life but feel afraid
- To learn how to manage difficult relationships
- To understand patterns and choices they have made in their life
Therapy offers the time and the space to talk openly about these sorts of issues. Talking to a trained therapist can be life changing. We will work together to understand and improve your life now.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer face to face counselling as well as telephone or online sessions for those who chose not to travel to my consulting room.
Estrangement from family members, bereavements, moving from a home you have lived in for many years or living with chronic illness can all produce very difficult, painful feelings. Talking these through will help. And talking to a trained professional means you can explore all of your feelings openly without worrying about hurting or shocking. The process of working through your feelings will help to make them more manageable and can make it possible to feel content again.
I have a wide range of experience working with clients in the community settings with older adults and in the NHS.
