About me and my therapy practice
Does it feel like you’re fighting an endless battle with food and your body? Do you feel out of control around food? Are you feeling stuck in a dieting cycle? I can support you to break free from this cycle and finally make peace with food and your body.
Practice description
As a person centred therapist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I can support you to finally break free from the cycle of guilt, rules and shame around food and your body.
Through our work together, I will introduce you to the principles of Intuitive Eating, which is an anti-diet approach, and explore your relationship with food and your body in a friendly, non-judgemental setting. Through this journey, you'll experience emotional and physical freedom, by engaging in an effective and positive way to perceive not only food, but yourself.
Together, we can discuss ways to help you learn how to cope with your emotions without using food, through developing your own awareness and self-care toolkit.
Clients who have come through this process have found that not only did it have an overwhelmingly positive effect on their eating and body image, but on their confidence, mental health and relationships. I find combining the principles of Intuitive Eating with person-centred therapy to be incredibly effective in helping you transform and heal your relationship with food and your bodies.
