About me and my therapy practice
I work with you to create a safe space in which to talk through your challenges in life. I help you to identify barriers, to look at changing your perspective and we find ways to reduce any impact on you. I can work creatively with difficulties if you find things hard to talk about or to find new perspectives. I can use a variety of tools and techniques from my experience as a Play Therapist and we will go at a pace which is right for you.
I'm an Accredited BACP Counsellor who has been working in private practice since 2019 and with adults since 2017. I have undertaken comprehensive training to safely and ethically offer online and telephone counselling to the required BACP competencies. Additionally, I am an Accredited PTUK Play Therapist and Certified Play & Creative Arts Counsellor for Children & Young People with over ten years experience.

Practice description
Confidential in-person, online or telephone humanistic and integrative counselling offered UK-wide and Bristol-based in-person sessions in Clifton Village for young people and adults. I am a warm, friendly and approachable professional with a background working with children as a Play Therapist.
I have experience in private practice and from working at two low-cost charities counselling people living with anxiety or depression and who are struggling to get satisfaction out of life. I have worked with people who have experienced trauma, relationship difficulties, bereavement, shame and neglect.
My first session
An initial session enables us both to see if we are a good fit for each other. You will get a sense of me and the way I work.
I can offer short intro sessions of up to half an hour for £25. For a full 50 minute session I charge my full fee.
