I offer a free of charge, initial 30-minute session (via Zoom) to discuss what you'd like to achieve in our work together and to explain more about how I work, so we can agree whether we're the right fit for each other.

Once we've decided to work together, sessions are typically 60 minutes long. In scheduling these sessions, I work flexibly to support you with whatever frequency and duration of session is helpful. Contact me to discuss what would work for you.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer something a little bit different to traditional coaching or counselling.
I work as an integrated coach-therapist, combining both approaches to help my clients move forwards, whilst working with the things from the past which hold them back. In particular, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support this work and am a trained IFS practitioner.
A helpful way of thinking about it is this: you wouldn't build a house without checking that the foundations are solid first. By combining coaching and counselling, we're able to do both in our work together.

Practice description
I provide a safe and confidential space (online) to explore your worries and to find a positive way forward.
In addition to integrating coaching, I also bring an appreciation of a variety of different counselling approaches to my work and together, we might explore how childhood experiences shape the way we see and live in the world today. In particular, I use the Internal Family Systems model to support understanding, acceptance and healing.
My first session
Our first session will last for 30 minutes and is free of charge. I am keen to learn what you're hoping to achieve in our work together and I think it's also important to explain how I work. In particular, we'll be able to get a sense of each other to decide if we're the right fit.
Thereafter, session frequency is mutually-agreed. Usually we meet weekly to begin with, but the sessions may become more spaced out over time.
