About me and my therapy practice
I am a trained therapist and I can offer you a safe, confidential and warm space to explore how you are feeling.
I provide counselling which can be short term, focussing on specific issues that you may be having and also longer term therapy that can help you to unravel more complex difficulties in your life.
Together we will work out which type of therapy will suit you and, whatever that may be, I will go alongside you on your journey, helping you to resolve problems and difficult experiences you may have had.
Our sessions can be face-to-face from my base in the South Side of Glasgow, following Government advised safety guidelines, online through video calling (Zoom or Skype) or by telephone.
