About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life is hard and can feel difficult. You may feel sad or low or simply unsure of what is happening to you. Or you may have experienced a major trauma or bereavement.
At times like these, talking to someone who will listen in a non-judgemental and supportive way can be helpful.
I am an experienced integrative therapist, who can offer you a warm, compassionate understanding and a confidential space where together we can try to understand and make sense of how you feel.
Practice description
If you think therapy is something you might wish to explore, then the next step is to book and initial session so we can discuss what you are hoping to get from therapy and how we might be able to work together.
I offer weekly 50 minute sessions either face-to-face in warm and welcoming rooms in Newbury or sessions online.
What I can help with
Anxiety, Bereavement, Chronic fatigue syndrome / ME, Depression, Eating disorders, Health related issues, Loss, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues
